It is now apparent, according to the statement, that the total cost of the tower, when completed, would amount to $896,712, or fully $576,000 more than the original estimate. It would appear that Mr. W. Fisher's estimates are not infallible.
My building estimate is essentially the same. The total cost of the contest is both misstated. Moreover, Para. (9) is fallacious.
